London, UK, June 11th 2009: After the overwhelming success of Casio G-Shock and b Store’s last collaborative project “Tokyo Calling”, the two industry leaders are excited to announce their latest worldwide collaboration for autumn/winter 2009: two limited edition b Store Super Squares.
Taking the new G-7800-7ER style as their canvas, b Store owners/designers Matthew Murphy and Kirk Beattie have produced two directional bespoke designs that will compliment the wardrobe of every stylish man about town.
Using prints taken from the current b Store clothing collection, the two designs fuse quirky retro appeal with G-Shock’s up-to-the-minute technology. The first design boasts navy and white polka dots, whilst the second is graced with a striking monochrome plaid. Guaranteed to add an air of youthful insouciance to any outfit, and available for a limited time only, these two classic pieces are sure-fire sell outs.
Commenting upon the new collaboration, Murphy and Beattie said “We were honoured to be asked to collaborate with G-SHOCK, as for both of us growing up, Casio and G-Shock were the coolest brand around.”
Created exclusively by b Store for G-Shock, for retail in their Savile Row store, the stunning b Store Super Squares will be available to purchase from selected boutiques including b-store, Collette in Paris, and Paraphernalia in Rome.
Notes to editors:
The limited edition b Store watches will be available for a limited time only and will retail at £150.
